Unless the weather prevents it, we are planning to have our picnic/blackpowder shoot this coming Saturday, May 7th at my house from 11:00 am. till we run out of powder and shot. We don't have an agenda or schedule, just a chance to spend some time together and 'bust some caps'. We'll furnish the eats but bring whatever you want to drink. All members and prospective members of the Earle and Hindman Camps and their families are invited. The directions to my place are as follows:

Coming from Fayetteville

Take Hwy 62 to Prairie Grove. In Prairie Grove Hwy 62 turns right at the four way stop. From the four way stop continue on Hwy 62 for 4 miles to Hwy 45 on the left. Turn left on Hwy 45 and go 7 miles to County Rd. 3. At County Rd. 3 you will see a billboard on the left for the Morrow Country Store. Turn left on Co. Rd. 3 and continue 5 miles up Hale Mountain to our home (you'll pass a water tower half way up the mountain on the left). Our house is on the right side of the road and the number is 19437. There will be a Third National flag flying on our flagpole. Turn in and go through the pasture gate. You will see the shooting platform and the cars.

You don't have to have a gun to come and enjoy the afternoon with us. We look forward to seeing you Saturday.

Best regards,

Chuck Shiver
